Terms and Conditions

1. Shoot slots are 60 minutes each
2. All shoots come with an online album where you can download your images to your computer.
3. You can order a disc at an additional cost of £6.00.
4. All shoots to be paid for in advance, Cash or BACS, we do not accept cheque or take card payments sorry for any inconvenience.
5. Cancellations only receive a 50% refund.
6. If you cancel but wish for another date then no refund will be given due to you paying upfront for the shoot.
7. If you cancel 2 times you will not receive a refund and will not have the option to re-book.
8. No Disabled access
9. Animals Welcome, must be well trained and is the owners responsibility at all times.
10. All bookings must take place within the dates provided unless agreed separately with our photographer.
11. Promo code to be given before any bookings can be booked.
12. All bookings must be for 3 people or more for the deal to work, unless you are a single mum/dad then that is fine.
13. Our Studio will only open if you have booked a shoot with us.
14. Our studio slots start from 12:00pm daily and we are closed Tuesday-Thursday.
